While we hope that everyone who registers is able to enjoy a full seasons worth of benefit and fun, we recognize that sometimes things happen that might warrant a refund.  The refund policy for Winchester Wave is as follows:

Refund requested between the date of registration and the date that registration "closes":  Full (100%) refund of registration fee.  For the 2026 season, the date that registration closes is April 30.

Refund requested between the date after registration "closes" through the date before the first official practice:  Partial (75%) refund of registration fee.  For the 2026 season, this window is May 1 through May 10.

Refund requested between the date of the first official practice and the last practice date the week before the first meet:  Partial (50%) refund of registration fee.  For the 2026 season, this window is May 11 through May 29.

No refunds will be issued following the last practice date in the week before the first meet.  For the 2026 season, this date is May 30.
