Volunteering is critical to the success of the season.
We rely completely and absolutely on parent volunteers to help run our season. If you are new to our team (or just need a reminder) each family will be expected to volunteer for AT LEAST 4 of the 8 meets during our season (8 points total- This could be more depending on our registration numbers).
We divide our volunteer positions into half meet positions, so you can get all of the required volunteering done in 4 of the meets or spread it out across 8 meets (including champs)

If you do not meet the volunteer requirements, your child won’t be able to swim in the meets. Volunteers don’t have to be parents, but they do have to be responsible and 16 or over. If you do have extenuating circumstances or any questions, contact Trisha @ [email protected] volunteer commitment will be divided amongst the families registered. As such, we will open volunteer selections after the registration is complete and we can determine the requested volunteer commitment per family.
Each family is required to sign up for 8 points this season. If you do not volunteer, your child will not be able to participate.
VOLUNTEERS:
- Please make sure your devices are updated to Apple’s iOS 15 (iOS 12-14 still supported) operating system.
- Volunteer devices ALSO need to be updated to the latest version of SWIMMINGLY® version 9.(x).(x) and fully charged when you come to the meet.
